The Bosch Group's corporate marketing group found themselves spending a great deal of resources both in time and people administering to the needs of up to 80 regional Bosch branches marketing requests, specifically in the area of generating ads for local markets. How could they service their branches across the country better while creating efficiencies that would equate to cost savings?
Our answer to the problem ? the Bosch Ad Builder. Together with the Bosch marketing team, we identified key ad components, such as medium, sizes, and messaging. The new system would present a series of ads that met global standards in creative and messaging. Ad Builder users could choose from these approved ad units, apply the creative to any number of commonly purchased ad sizes, select pre-approved text, add custom text, switch from color to black and white, and download a web- or print-ready ad which they could deliver to their printer or ad buyer for placement.
We added a tracking component so that Bosch could monitor how and
who used the Ad Builder, which allows Bosch to look at critical data that will drive future enhancements and can be used to communicate ROI to management.
